Mimi, Pawpaw, my sister and her family, hubby, junior, and I met up to see fireworks.
Holden was really into it! He watched the entire show wide-eyed and never got upset.
Everyone stayed the night at our place.
We had a blast. Sawyer is hilarious! He says “I sorry” to almost everything. Too cute. “I sorry daddy.” “I sorry Pawpaw.” “I sorry kiki (kitty.)”

Jordan and I started worrying several weeks ago that Holden may be allergic to the cats. He has sneezing fits when Onion gets close (Olive never gets close) and he coughs … not the cold in your chest kind, but the back of your throat allergy kind … and not to be confused with his “fake” cough that he executes with a smile to get attention.
So it is with bittersweet emotion that Onion and Olive have moved out. My incredible sister jumped at the chance to invite them into her home.
It was really sad packing up their food, bed, and toys. They are such good girls. I keep “hearing” the bells on their necklaces (that’s what Jordan calls their collars because they are so prissy) and I “see” their slinky shadows moving past …. sigh…..
I sorry kikis.
