Last night Holden figured out how to go from crawling and lying down into a sitting position. He was so impressed with himself he repeated the actions over and over, and each time looking at Da-da for approval.
Holden has also started pulling up into a standing position this week. Again, very impressed with his new trick he looks to his parents for affirmation.
We lowered the crib mattress about a week ago, and yesterday I removed the bumper pad since he can easily pull up. Poor baby likes to snuggle up against the plush padding while sleeping and last night when I checked in on him, his face was smashed against the crib slats. Ouchers!
