Excluding followers, I recommend adding the subscription to your primary email, either Outlook or Mac's Mail instead of using the subscription links provided, here.
Since adding feed varies greatly depending on if you use Mac's email or PC's Outlook and then it differs by how crusty (old) your version of said email application is ... you may need to search for help. I found help for adding it to our pc on Microsoft's site (look up RSS feed) and there is also help on Apple's site.
On our Mac, I opened email and went to file, "add rss feeds." Our Mac is new so I don't know how far back this feature is available.
On our PC I had to download some software (found through searching MS's online help and the download is free.) The download was necessary because our version of Outlook is not only crusty, but starting to smell a little bit.
When I update our blog, the stork drops a little notice in your inbox that links to this site. Once you get it figured out, it is super convenient and you won't have to check back only to see that we have posted absolutely nothing ...
